The DSTA program is designed to create collaborations with the military, entrepreneurs and innovators while fostering the rapid development of defense and security technology solutions to meet military needs and private industry demands.  Refense prevents security breaches by eliminating vulnerabilities internal to network devices and ensuring compliance to National Security Agency (NSA) and Department of Defense (DoD) policies and directives.
